The monument for Twilhaar State Labour Kamp is situated on the Paltheweg (Sallandse Heuvelrug) in Nijverdal. It was unveiled on 2 October 2003 and honours the men who were transported from the labour camp to concentration camp Westerbork on 2 October 1942. Almost all these men eventually died at Auschwitz.
