The museum introduces you to Ommen's more than 8,000 years of history, from prehistoric times to the present. In the permanent collection, among other things, there is a lot of information to hear about and see from World War II and Camp Erika.
*In connection with the celebration of 80 years of liberation throughout the year, starting in April, there is an exhibition with all kinds of photos about the liberation of Ommen.
*In the context of education, we want to involve students of the Vechtdal College in Ommen by telling them about the war in Ommen, the history of camp Erika and the liberation of Ommen on April 11, 1945. This will happen in the month of April.
